পুরানো ফোন থেকে নতুন ফোনে ডেটা ট্রান্সফারের উপায় জেনে নিন

কাপাসিয়া বার্তাঃ- অনেক নতুন মডেলের মোবাইল ফোন ক্রয় করেন, আবার পুরানো ফোন বদলে নতুন ফোন ক্রয় করে থাকেন। নতুন ফোন কিনলেই পুরানো ফোনের সমস্ত ডেটা যেমন কনট্যাক্ট, ফোটো, ভিডিও নতুন ফোনে স্থানান্তর করতে অনেকেরই ঘাম ছুটে যায়। এই সমস্যা দূর করতে কয়েকটি সহজ উপায় রয়েছে। এগুলির মাধ্যমে কোনও ঝুটঝামেলা ছাড়াই পুরানো ফোন থেকে ডেটা স্থানান্তর করা যাবে। দেখে নেওয়া যাক-এই পদ্ধতিগুলি।
গুগল অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে স্থানান্তর– কন্ট্যাক্ট ট্রান্সফার করার সহজ উপায় হল সমস্ত কন্ট্যাক্ট গুগল অ্যাকাউন্টে সিঙ্ক করে রাখতে হবে। তাহলে যখনই নতুন ফোন অ্যাকসেস করবেন, তখন গুগল অ্যাকাউন্টে সিঙ্ক হওয়া সমস্ত কন্ট্যাক্টই নতুন ফোনে স্থানান্তরিত হয়ে যাবে।
সিম কার্ড থেকে স্থানান্তর– কন্ট্যাক্টস যদি গুগল অ্যাকাউন্টে সিঙ্ক না করা থাকে, তাহলে তা সিম কার্ড থেকেও স্থানান্তর করা যায়। এজন্য ফোনের contact অ্যাপ খুলে >Click on menu>manage>import/export বাছাই করেত হবে। কিছু ফোনে সরাসরি ইমপোর্ট বা এক্সপোর্ট অপশন থাকে। সেখানে পপ উইন্ডো-তে export to sim card সিলেক্ট করতে হবে। এতে আপনার কন্ট্যাক্টগুলি সিম কার্ডে স্থানান্তরিত হয়ে যাবে।
ফটো–ভিডিও স্থানান্তর– চাইলে মেমোরি কার্ডের মাধ্যমেও পুরানো ফোনে থাকে মিডিয়া ফাইলস, অডিও ও ভিডিও নতুন ফোনে ট্রান্সফার করা যায়।
মেসেজ স্থানান্তর– মেসেজ স্থানান্তর করতে হলে ফ্রি এসএমএস ব্যাকআপ ও রি-স্টোর অ্যাপের প্রয়োগ করা যেতে পারে। এছাড়াও কিছু অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে তা করা যায়।
হোয়াইটস অ্যাপ চ্যাট স্থানান্তর–  হোয়াইটস অ্যাপের ডেটা যদি পুরানো স্মার্টফোনের এক্সটারনাল মাইক্রো এসডি কার্ডে সেভ থাকে, তাহলে তা থেকে বের করে নতুন ফোনে নিয়ে নেওয়া যায়। কিন্তু যদি  হোয়াইটস অ্যাপ ডেটা ইন্টারনাল এসডি কার্ড বা ইন্টারনাল মেমোরিতে সেভ থাকে, তাহলে এসডি কার্ড বা হোয়াইটস অ্যাপ ফোল্ডার পুরানো ফোন থেকে নয়া ফোনে ওই ফোল্ডারেই স্থানান্তর করে নিতে হবে। যদি এসডি কার্ড না থাকে, তাহলে ফোনের স্পেসিফিকেশন চেক করে নিতে হবে। খেয়াল রাখতে হব যে, ট্রান্সফারের সময় সমস্ত ডেটা বা ফাইল যাতে পুরোপুরি ট্রান্সফার হয়। এরপর নয়া ফোনে ওই নম্বরেই হোয়াইটস অ্যাপ  ইনস্টল করতে হবে।
অ্যাপস স্থানান্তর– আমাদের ফোনে এমন কিছু অ্যাপ থাকে যেগুলির ব্যবহার নতুন ফোনেও করে থাকি। এক্ষেত্রে হিলিয়াম নামে ফ্রি অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। এটা সমস্ত অ্যাপেরই ব্যাকআপ নিয়ে নেয়। এই অ্যাপস পুরানো ডিভাইসে ডাউনলোড করে ব্যাকআপ নিতে হবে। মাইক্রোএসডি কার্ড বা পার্সোনাল ইউএসবি স্টোরেজ বা কম্পিউটারেও ব্যাকআপ নেওয়া যায়।
